The Travis County Green Party highly commends the announcement by the Travis County District Attorney's Office that it will review the incident in which a deputy constable used a taser on a 72 year old woman during a May traffic stop. Friday's Austin American-Statesman newspaper quotes Travis County District Attorney Lehmberg as stating, "We will review it [the report]..., for possible presentation to the grand jury".
